Terry Barton
Terry takes the information from the brains of The Coaching Manual's top coaches, and transforms it into digital products that help coaches of all levels perform their roles better and more efficiently.
A coach himself, Terry is also the Digital Coach Education Manager at Altrincham FC in Manchester, UK.
Terry said: "The Coaching Manual is a way for us to give people access to really high quality coaches in their natural environment. It’s about making it accessible, but we are also there as a strict level of quality control.
Technical Director
Paul Bright
Paul is a UEFA A Licence and USSF A Licence Coach, as well as a Coach Educator for various National Federations.
Paul has over 20 years' coaching experience in English Premier League academies including Manchester United, and Youth Programs in the USA including LA Galaxy.
Additionally, Paul has a background in education, teaching undergraduate degree programs in Sports Coaching at The Manchester College, where he was Head of Coaching for the men’s and women’s college soccer programs that competed in the England Colleges FA.
Head of Content
Lee Fletcher
Lee has worked with some of the biggest clubs in the world, including Real Madrid.
Other coaching roles include working with Manchester City's International Soccer Schools, Assistant coach at Alcobendas CF Juvenil A, and Head of Football and Education at the Albion Football Academy (AFA).
As Head of Content at The Coaching Manual, Lee curates (as well as creates) the professional sessions, guides, interviews, and more available to our subscribers.
Head of Business Development (UK & IRE)
Emmet Friars
Emmet is a UEFA A licence coach, and ex-professional player who made more than 450 senior games across England, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, and was capped for Northern Ireland up to U23 level.
Emmet works with clubs across the UK and Ireland, building relationships and ensuring clubs have the best tools at their disposal to deliver their coaching offerings and reach their goals.
Head of USA
Reis Williams
Reis is the spearhead of The Coaching Manual in the USA, working closely with existing partners and developing new relationships across the region.
He also has a decade of experience working in the US youth soccer market, helping to develop brand presence for professional clubs in Europe's top leagues.
Sales Manager
Joe Davis
Supporting Reis from The Coaching Manual's US base in Georgia, Joe develops relationships with clubs of all levels across North America.
Joe also has experience in providing player development and coach education through partnerships with a number of Premier League, La Liga, and Bundesliga clubs.
Customer Success
Heather Scott
Heather Scott works across our account management team as well as supporting new business development and club onboarding.
Heather has a background that includes Sport Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, fitness testing, SAQ and Performance Analysis - working with clubs including Burnley and Preston North End.
Head of Marketing
Richard Redman
Richard looks after The Coaching Manual's external communications strategy, as well as supporting relationships with partner clubs and organisations.
A former journalist, Richard has experience working for local and national sports titles, including producing match reports, interviews, and features on clubs across the English Football League.
