Coaching varies by age group
Every coach does it their own way, so players relearn the game each season.
Uncovering the knowledge already in your club, and turning it into performance.

Nobody can say what a player at this club should look like at U9, U12 or U16.
The values document exists. It doesn't show up in Tuesday's session.
Players and volunteer coaches drift away when progress isn't visible.
“You can't grow what you can't define.”
Nexus works with a club from the top down, so the people who set direction and the people who coach on a Tuesday night are pulling the same way. We don't add noise. We amplify what already works.
Together: training, principles of play and player tracking lined up behind a reflective, learning-led coaching culture.
We audit before we change anything. Pick a phase to see what happens and what your club comes away with.
Your principles of play are the foundation. From there we work out what they mean for the full team, for small units and for each player, down to the skills they carry in their backpack.

One week of a season plan: dribbling, turning, ball mastery and 1v1, with four sessions per age group pitched at each stage, delivered through the TCM platform.
A philosophy only counts if it shows up in sessions. Nexus clubs get regular feedback from the platform: which coaches are using the plan, whether the curriculum is being delivered, and how players are progressing against the backpack.
