The Coaching Manual and The Women’s Football Magazine are joining forces to support the growth of women’s football in the UK and inspire the next generation of young players.
With a shared passion for growing participation in the female game, this partnership will equip coaches and players with the tools and resources they need to reach their potential, including a bespoke online player development course.
Helen Rowe-Willcocks, Editor of The Women’s Football Magazine, said: “We are excited to be working together with The Coaching Manual to further develop women’s football in the UK. Over the last four years The Women’s Football Magazine has provided a new voice for women’s football from grassroots to the home nations. We see this new collaboration as way of furthering our aims to inspire the next generation.”
The partnership will also provide an opportunity for stories to be told by members of The Coaching Manual’s global community, shining a light on inspirational pathways to success from female coaches and players.
As part of this new partnership, The Women’s Football Magazine are launching their very first Player Development Programme, powered by The Coaching Manual’s sister app TopTekkers.
As well as improving their ability and technique with live sessions from UK Premier League academy coach Steven Crane, participants on the online course will be given exciting off-field workshop tasks to improve their nutrition knowledge, creativity, and have fun - all while boosting their confidence and presentation skills.

The Coaching Manual is also delighted to support The Women’s Football Magazine Awards 2021, as the proud sponsor of both the Grassroots Coach of the Year and the Grassroots Player of the Year gongs. The winners of the awards will receive free access to The Coaching Manual and TopTekkers respectively.
