Dribbling and Turning: Technical Warm UpWatch this video on thecoachingmanual.com
Set-up a ~6x12 grid.
Start 2-3 players on each of the end-lines.
These players have a ball each and dribble from one end to the other, turn back and repeat.
The other players form pairs and start on either side of the lane.
These players have a ball between two. The first player dribbles in to the area and passes to their teammate.
The partner receives the ball, taking a 'positive' touch into the lane, then dribbles and performs a turn before playing the ball to their partner.
Every time a player performs a turn they get 10 points. If that player 'crashes' or their ball goes out of play their score drops to 0.
First player to 100 wins.
